Mount Nittany Health announces new courtesy call back feature for patients

Mount Nittany Health is pleased to announce the implementation of a new courtesy call back feature that will improve the patient experience when scheduling appointments.

Patients that call 844.278.4600 or 814.234.6106 to make outpatient appointments will have the ability to request a call back from a scheduling representative instead of waiting on hold. To request a call back, simply follow the prompts when instructed. The call will be placed in a holding queue until the next representative is available.
