Mount Nittany Health Foundation has been tremendously supported by our community over many years and now, as a global pandemic impacts our region, we are gratified to see that support continue and increase.

"We are deeply moved by the outpouring of support from our community. Thank you!," says Kathleen Rhine, President and CEO, Mount Nittany Health.

Over the past few days, we have received many gifts in kind offers from our community ranging from masks and gloves to accommodations and services. Part of what makes our community so special is the way we care for each other in times of crisis and this has been displayed over and over again. Thank you!

We are now pleased to announce the creation of a special fund to support our work in dealing with the coronavirus pandemic. The Mount Nittany Health COVID-19 Response Fund will be used for patient care, including testing, medication, medical supplies and staff support. It will enable our clinical staff to sustain their resilience while continuing to provide safe, high-quality care to our patients and community. As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to unfold, needs may increase or change. The Mount Nittany Health COVID-19 Response Fund is designed to provide assistance as needs continue to be identified.

Gifts can be made online at foundation.mountnittany.org/give by selecting "COVID-19" from the "Designation" drop down menu or by check or credit card by calling 814.234.6777.

We are greatly encouraged by the support of our community and this is another opportunity to make an act of generosity that lifts us all up in a difficult time.
