Brian Hyman, MD, is a neurologist at Mount Nittany Health who specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases affecting the nervous system, including the brain, peripheral nerves and muscles. He offers telehealth appointments to ensure flexibility and convenience for those he serves.

Dr. Hyman pursued a career in healthcare to help patients better understand their symptoms and to tailor diagnostic and treatment plans that fit their individual needs. As a Penn State graduate and long-time fan of Central Pennsylvania’s community and natural beauty, he was drawn to Mount Nittany Health’s focus on improving the quality of life for the region.

Known for his compassionate and thoughtful approach, Dr. Hyman believes in getting to know his patients on a deeper level. He values understanding who they are, their work, their family life and their hobbies. This holistic perspective allows him to provide care that is both effective and relatable.
