After this experience, I will not be recommending Jessica. I called and couldn't get in to see her (I thought there might be "sick" appointments). I messaged Jessica on the patient portal. She got me in to see her, but I didn't think she'd be angry about it. Her annoyance and curtness was obvious to me in her attitude throughout the appointment, bordering on nasty. I assumed that it was because I advocated for myself and messaged her. When I thanked her for seeing me, she just smirked and rolled her eyes at me like I had been unreasonable. Her condescending attitude in our discussion of the treatment process was insulting. Wonderful example to her intern, who was kind, respectful, and did a good, helpful job. I am an established patient of Jessica's and we've had a pleasant relationship. Again, I thought she would understand the urgency and care - but she didn't.
