*Dr. Shuman was both friendly and informative. I was very impressed with my care!

While everything the provider did was professional and correct (as far as I know), I was disappointed with a few things. An OBGYN exam is very personal and is an emotionally sensitive area for a lot of people-and I did not feel this provider acted accordingly exactly. I wish I would've been told what was happening before it happened and what to expect to feel in terms of pressure/pain/discomfort/etc. While I know everything was done technically the way that it should've been, I wished for better bedside manner-as I left feeling a little violated/negative about the experience because I was not prepared and everything seemed a little rough. All that being said, the provider did answer all of my questions well and was perfectly nice and polite.

The provider did her job like she was suppose to. She is a good doctor. I couldn't ask for a better doctor.
