I don't have the sense that the physician has much background in the medical condition that I have (which is not an uncommon condition). After my labs came back, the physician suggested that I take a supplement that contains an ingredient to which I'm allergic. The staff at the desk were making multiple calls to patients that had been scheduled with a doctor for "adjustments". The patients did not seem to know about the referrals, as the staff were trying to explain what they were and why they might have been referred. It had a questionable tone, almost like they were selling the patients on a service that the patient might not have wanted (e.g., "I've never had one myself, but all the patients come in pain and leave feeling amazing!").

The provider was very arrogant and didn't seem to take any time to think about my concerns or explain why he thought there was nothing wrong.

I appreciate the prompt responses to my email questions through the Mt. Nittany Patient Portal. This visit was a follow-up to an ER visit I had a few days before. I was very glad to be able to see Dr. Miller during the week I was off work. For some reason, Dr. Zuniga is very difficult to see. She is my primary care physician. I appreciate the call from a nurse to schedule the follow up visit. I was not expecting that.

I just feel that I have been discussing the same health issue with the doctor and I feel that I am not getting the result I need . I have made suggestions on what I want done, and he keeps saying that the option is still on the table, but we are not there yet to use that option. It makes me very frustrated because I try everything that he suggests and I am getting no results, and I want to try something that I have done research on and it is just not happening right now. Very frustrated, but I keep going back hoping.
