Everything that I commented in the first series of questions applies here as well.

Very focused on my needs and what is best for me and my health. Very helpful in making sure all my diabetic tools and supplies are working and updated.

Not a usual visit with Susan. Very little interaction like she usually gives. Didn't seem concerned about anything that she usually does. Not personable like she usually is. Not really worth the visit.
