Dr. Baitel’s philosophy of care centers on a patient first approach. “When it comes to my patients, I don’t treat numbers; I treat people,” she says. “Caring for others is what I’m meant to do. Spending time both treating and educating those in my care allows patients to be active participants in their health.”
Originally from Israel, Dr. Baitel earned her bachelor’s degree in biology from Rutgers University and her medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine in Roseau, Dominica. She completed her residency in family medicine at John F. Kennedy Medical Center in Edison, New Jersey. Dr. Baitel is board-certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and is a member of the American Medical Association, American Academy of Family Physicians, and the American Board of Family Medicine.
