Biography

Kugler earned her bachelor’s degree in human development and family studies from The Pennsylvania State University, and her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Penn State Altoona in Altoona, Pennsylvania. Kugler earned her Master of Science in Nursing with a certificate in gerontology from the Penn State College of Nursing.

Kugler served four years in the United States Air Force as a Senior Airman and aerospace ground equipment mechanic. During her service in Baghdad, Iraq, she was awarded an achievement coin for excellent workmanship from the Chief Mater Sergeant of the Air Force. Kugler was also presented with a medal for excellent service from the commander of Osan Air Base, Korea.

Outside of the office, Kugler enjoys traveling and painting with acrylics, as well as, spending time outdoors camping and biking. She especially enjoys spending quality time with her husband, Christopher, and their two Border Collies.
