    Dr. Ricotta is very thorough and she is very supportive and explains things in detail. I feel like she keeps the best interests of the patient at heart. I appreciate that one doctor seemed to drop the ball on a prior auth for a test She was able to see that and track that in the system. Because of ongoing issues she's going to try to resolve that matter. She answers all questions.

    I couldn't have asked for any better doctors, nursing staff and front office staff!! From check in to check out was great! All the providers and nurses and secretaries were amazing!!
