I had an awesome experience. That young professional renewed my hope of being able to learn why I have experienced so many odd symptoms. He was a fantastic listener, and he is obviously gifted in his job. His communications skills are incredible. I could sense he has a keen intellect, and he showed respect for my input and many questions. I left there with a renewed hope that with his guidance I might eventually feel better. I must have been meant to see him. I don't say that lightly. It's no wonder that he is so very busy.
Doctor Hans listened to all my concerns, even for problems not related to gastro.
The second ai sat down with the doctor he knew exactly what I was talking about. He dove into my records. He actually talked to me, he spent actual time listening to my concerns. After everything I had gone through it was just very nice to feel like someone heard me, validated my experience and was being thorough with my care. I definitely recommend him.
