About Me
Ian Yarger, DPM, is a board-certified podiatrist specializing in foot and ankle surgery. A Centre Hall native, Dr. Yarger is glad to return home to care for the community that has always held a special place in his heart.
Dr. Yarger is passionate about improving patients’ mobility and quality of life by providing education and treatment of conditions of the diabetic foot, wounds, foot and ankle pain, bunion deformities, plantar fasciitis, ankle instability and ingrown toenails. He prioritizes conservative, non-surgical treatment options whenever possible, working closely with patients to develop personalized care plans that align with their goals and lifestyles.
Dr. Yarger earned his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine from Kent State College of Podiatric Medicine and completed his residency at North Colorado Medical Center. He is board-certified in foot surgery, rear foot reconstructive and ankle surgery, and wound care.
Beyond his practice, Dr. Yarger enjoys spending time with his wife, two children, and extended family. In his free time, he can be found hunting, fishing, working on home improvement projects, whittling, or metal detecting.
