Jay Davis, CRNP, is a dedicated healthcare provider specializing in rheumatology at Mount Nittany Health. With a focus on caring for adults, he is committed to improving the quality of life for his patients and ensuring accessible, high-quality care. Jay is currently offering both in-person and telehealth appointments.

Motivated by a strong desire to serve his local community, Jay chose a career in healthcare to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others. His decision to join Mount Nittany Health was inspired by the organization’s outstanding reputation for providing compassionate care and fostering a supportive environment for its employees.

Jay specializes in diagnosing and managing a wide range of rheumatologic conditions, including rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, osteoarthritis, osteoporosis and various autoimmune diseases. He takes pride in spending time with his patients, listening to their concerns and collaborating with them to develop personalized treatment plans that best meet their needs. Known for his warm and approachable communication style, Jay encourages his patients to ask questions and be active participants in their care to foster better understanding and outcomes.

In addition to his clinical work, Jay is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and the American College of Rheumatology, reflecting his commitment to staying current in his field and advancing the standards of care.

Outside of his practice, Jay enjoys watching sports and reading books about presidential history. These interests reflect his curiosity and appreciation for both teamwork and leadership, values that also inform his approach to patient care. Jay is passionate about building strong relationships with his patients and helping them navigate their health journey with confidence and support.
