About Me
Originally from the Centre Region, Julia Burton, CRNP, is a pediatrician committed to providing compassionate and comprehensive care to children and their families. Originally drawn to medicine by her passion for helping others and her love for children, Julia has built her career around improving the health and well-being of young patients.
Julia believes in creating a welcoming environment where kids feel comfortable and even find the experience of a checkup fun. She frequently shares practical advice about eating nutritious foods, staying active, getting quality sleep, staying hydrated and fostering positive social connections — all essential elements of overall wellness.
A natural communicator, Julia avoids using complex medical terminology and ensures families understand their child’s care plan and feel supported throughout their healthcare journey.
Outside of work, she enjoys skiing, reading, exercising and spending time with her husband, their three young children and friends. She finds joy in watching her young patients grow and thrive, feeling grateful to be part of their journeys through various stages of life.
