About Me
Kristie Kaufman, MD, is a dedicated pediatrician committed to providing compassionate and comprehensive care to children and their families. Dr. Kaufman specializes in pediatric well care, the management of acute and chronic illnesses and the treatment of mental health conditions such as ADHD, depression, anxiety and eating disorders. Her approach to care is rooted in clear and empathetic communication, ensuring patients and their families fully understand her diagnosis, recommendations and treatment plans.
With a passion for prevention and education, Dr. Kaufman is driven by the opportunity to empower children and families to make informed decisions about their health. She focuses on creating a collaborative care environment, encouraging parents and children to actively participate in their healthcare journey. She is especially dedicated to promoting healthy habits, such as proper nutrition, regular exercise and good sleep hygiene, to support long-term well-being.
Outside of the office, Dr. Kaufman enjoys trail running and gravel biking, which help her stay connected to the outdoors and maintain her own well-being.
