About Me

Nate earned a bachelor of science in kinesiology at Penn State and a master of health science in the Physician Assistant Program at Lock Haven University. Nate was an NCAA Division I wrestler for four years and he was honored with the Academic Excellence Award for Student Athletes each year.

Nate was selected for the Pi Alpha National Physicians Assistant Honor Society, and was recognized with the Academic Excellence Community Service Award.

    Nate Pozniak is an excellent PA-C! He is very knowledgeable and does extremely well at explaining things. He listens to me. He shows concern and really cares. Highly recommended!!

    Physician was called to an Emergency. Nathaniel stepped in when I showed up (1 hr. 20 min drive) and the doctor wasn't in.

    PA Pozniak seem to allow all the time needed to answer my questions and I participated in a discussion about possible procedures to address my issue. There was no sense of being rushed to removed along. I felt like I was given as much time as I needed and was very satisfied after our meeting.
