Quality and Ratings

At Mount Nittany Health we strive to provide our patients with the highest quality healthcare services possible. As part of our commitment, we post our providers’ patient satisfaction ratings online to help you make informed decisions about your healthcare.

Patient Satisfaction Surveys

Your feedback is important to us. A patient satisfaction survey is sent to you within a few days of your outpatient office visit. You will be asked to complete the survey and tell us your comments about your medical care and all aspects of patient satisfaction. We use this feedback to help us to improve the quality of care that we provide to you, your family, friends and neighbors.

We post all relevant feedback – whether it’s positive or negative. However, we do not post comments that are libelous, profane, or those that risk the privacy of our patients. We follow strict guidelines allowing us to display the Seal of Integrity.

You may not see your provider because we require a minimum of 30 completed patient surveys per provider before we post a provider’s rating. Over time, with more surveys received on an ongoing basis, the number of rated providers will increase.

Your information is not displayed through the online ratings and commentary reviews. All personally identifiable information is removed prior to display.
