The Foundation’s Grateful Patient and Family Partnership Program offers patients, their families, and friends, a way to say “thank you” while making a difference at the same time.
When choosing to give in honor of a provider, a department, or a clinical program, patients and their families can recognize the exceptional care received at Mount Nittany Health. It’s a meaningful opportunity to recognize those who brought comfort in time of need. When a gift is made in honor of a person or department, the Foundation will notify them, and share your appreciation.
A gift can be designated to a specific area or to the greatest need. You can also choose to make a contribution through gifts of stock, endowment funds, or planned giving.
