Rebecca Jordan, CRNP

Rebecca Jordan, CRNP, focuses on caring for patients aged 17 and older, managing a range of acute and chronic illnesses, and emphasizing the importance of preventive care.

Rebecca is a strong advocate for accessible healthcare, offering telehealth appointments for added convenience. Her journey in healthcare began with the strong influence of her mother, grandmother and aunt, who were all nurses. Their dedication and compassion motivated her to pursue a career in nursing, which has grown into a lifelong passion for helping others.

Rebecca values listening to her patients’ stories and encouraging open conversations that go beyond just medical concerns. She believes this holistic understanding helps her provide care that meets each patient’s unique needs.

A native of Pennsylvania, she has deep ties to the region — her mother grew up in Wingate, and she spends time with extended family in Centre County. Outside of work, Rebecca enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, traveling, reading and playing with her pets — a mix of dogs and a cat. She is also actively involved in her community, serving on the Zoning Hearing Board of Loganton Borough, Clinton County. In 2023, she was recognized by United Healthcare for her outstanding service and commitment to patient care, a testament to her dedication to improving the lives of those she serves.
