Providers were helpful however, refused to renew a helpful ointment that we received at Urgent Care even though I asked and explained it was really helping.

You can tell when the physician is rushing.

I felt as the only thing the physician cared about was "what vaccines could she talk me into today" otherwise it was rushed and with poor bedside manner.
