Troyanna Egan, PA-C

Troyanna's early experiences with emergency situations in her community motivated her to pursue a career in healthcare, ultimately leading her to become a Certified Physician Assistant.

As a native of Lock Haven, Pa. with a strong connection to the Centre Region, Troyanna’s familiarity with the area and its people makes her a relatable addition to the Mount Nittany Health team. She was drawn to Mount Nittany Health for its openness to hiring new graduates and the presence of female leadership.

"Being able to provide a comfortable environment so patients can talk to me about all their concerns, even those not directly related to urology, inspires and motivates me as a healthcare provider," Troyanna shared.

Troyanna's extensive clerkship experience spans various medical specialties, including emergency medicine, women's health, primary care, internal medicine, general surgery, pediatrics, orthopedics, and psychiatry. Her diverse background instills confidence in her ability to provide comprehensive care.

In her free time, Troyanna enjoys snowboarding throughout Pennsylvania during the winter, hiking with her dogs, and kayaking across the state during other seasons. Her dedication to community service and campus involvement earned her the Undergraduate Senior Student of the Year Award at Lock Haven University.
