About Me
As a native of Blair County, Mount Nittany Health and State College have always been a part of Nick's life.
Nick's philosophy of care revolves around treating patients as a whole. “I can walk alongside my patients, giving them the patience and autonomy to make decisions about their health," he said. He believes in creating an open relationship with his patients, allowing them to discuss their concerns and work together to reach their healthcare goals.
Nick holds a Master of Science in nursing from Maryville University of Saint Louis and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Mount Aloysius College. He is a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner in Pennsylvania through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
Before joining Mount Nittany Health, Nick gained extensive experience as a Registered Nurse, providing direct nursing care to patients with acute, chronic, and complex conditions. He also served as a Clinical Manager at UPMC Altoona, where he created and implemented quality assurance programs, supervised staff, and provided patient care and education.
Nick enjoys spending time with friends and family outside of work, particularly while boating at Raystown Lake.
