Rebecca Seligson, PTA

Rebecca is a recent graduate, completing the Physical Therapist Assistant program from Penn State Mont Alto in August 2022. She received the Penn State PTA service award in April 2022 for outstanding achievement in clinical practice, community service, and personal commitment to Penn State Mont Alto PTA program. Rebecca has had clinical placements including: outpatient neurological rehabilitation, pediatric rehabilitation and inpatient rehabilitation for Veterans Administration. Rebecca treats a wide range of conditions but has a special love for treating neurological conditions, pediatrics and pelvic floor. She is passionate about physical therapy and treats each person individually with a personal approach.

Rebecca is originally from Frederick, Maryland but has lived in State college for 2 years. She lives with her boyfriend of 5 years and her cat, Bunky. In her free time Rebecca enjoys rock climbing, reading, and cooking. Rebecca was founding member the ukulele club at Oakdale High school, where she graduated in 2018. She was also a member of marching band, indoor percussion, concert band and jazz band.

Rebecca is excited to continue her journey as a provider with Mount Nittany Health.
