About Me
Elizabeth Royer, PA-C, is dedicated to helping adults achieve their healthiest selves through personalized medical weight management. With a focus on treating overweight and obesity as chronic, relapsing conditions, Elizabeth brings an individualized approach to each patient's care.
She emphasizes shared decision-making, ensuring that patients are informed about risks, benefits and treatment options and collaborates with them to set realistic, sustainable goals.
She offers both in-person and telehealth appointments and is accepting new patients.
Inspired by her love for the community, Elizabeth chose to pursue her career in the Centre Region after attending Penn State as an undergraduate and making the area her home. Her husband and family are also deeply connected to the local community, which she is passionate about serving.
Elizabeth encourages her patients to focus on “progress over perfection” and works to identify and overcome any barriers to their success. Her communication style prioritizes engagement, education and teamwork, helping patients feel confident and empowered in their care journey.
When she’s not in the office, Elizabeth enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, cheering them on in their various activities and sports. She is committed to fostering a positive, supportive environment where patients can thrive and achieve lasting health.

I was extremely pleased with my visit with Dr. Royer. It was my first visit and she made me feel extremely comfortable and at ease. She listened and provided a lot of recommendations and information. I walked away from my appointment feeling heard, informed, prepared with a plan, and really motivated. My experience was extremely positive and I look forward to my next appointment.
