Nestled in the geographic center of the Keystone, our Penns Valley area makes the perfect backdrop for your early to mid-season sprint triathlon or aqua-bike. This event helps to raise funds for, and awareness of, the Millheim Pool (and it’s programs): a non-profit organization dedicated to serving rural central PA. Outstanding opportunity for first time triathletes or veterans looking for a solid course in a beautiful setting with a supportive vibe and outstanding volunteers.

Our venue offers three distance options for racers 14 years and older:
1.) a standard Sprint Distance triathlon (about 18 miles total);

2.) a Super Sprint Distance triathlon (about 10 miles total);

3.) an Aqua-Bike (swim & bike, no run, about 15.5 miles total).
