With MyChart Central, you can also update your contact details (phone number, email address and mailing address) and sync those changes across all linked organizations.

If you haven’t already, creating a MyMountNittany account with MyChart is the first step. Remember that your Meditech username and password won’t work with MyChart, so you will have to create a new login to enjoy all MyChart has to offer.
