About Me

Wallace earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing from South Dakota State University in Brookings, South Dakota, and her Master of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner from Maryville University in St. Louis. Prior to her role at Mount Nittany Physician Group Family Medicine, Wallace was a Registered Nurse clinical supervisor at Mount Nittany Medical Center, after having served six years as a staff RN.

Outside of the office, Wallace enjoys spending quality time with her husband, Alan, and their daughter, Greenley.

Melissa was wonderful in person, very informative, personable, patient with my many questions. However the errors followed. She sent in prescription to pharmacy with incomplete information delaying it for 2 days while the pharmacy waited for her return call. To date I still have not received a call regarding test results either.
