Dr. Roy took an extraordinary amount of time to listen to my concerns , explain in very clear language ( which set my mind at ease) what his thoughts were , possible solutions , he explored several options of possible causes and then laid out a clear plan of action to help find possible explanations for my symptoms and or causes as well as possible solutions . He then outlined follow up visit plans as well as offering the patient portal as a means of communication should I have questions or concerns prior to scheduled visits . I left the appointment feeling that as a patient I had been heard and respected

Dr. Roy was very thorough with my health history. He explained why certain things may have happened. He explained why he was ordering certain tests.

I loved that Dr. Roy talked to me and listened to me instead of just looking and typing at a computer.

No complaints

I'm not trying to bash the doctor but he wasn't very personable. I'm not sure if it was because I was his last appointment of the day or what.

Curt and brusque, never asked about complaints or symptoms, didn't explain what he was doing, didn't review history! A disappointment.
