Dr. Shurgalla was exceptional. Explained very clearly, listened to my concerns, answered my questions in depth, and communicated both empathy and realism when describing my treatment options while still making it clear that the ultimate decision was mine. I really appreciate the extensive time he took with me while I try to navigate this condition that Is very scary and new to me.
