I always request Dr. Hardyck. She's very thorough and explains everything during the exam.

Dr. Hardyk is the doctor I trust the most. She has always shown concern, listens to my observations and concerns, and provides excellent feedback and recommendations.

Lacked compassion during visit, portal response included words that were written in all caps which I interpreted as provider being frustrated due to the questions I asked regarding scheduling.

Provider was extremely dismissive, seemingly uninterested in anything I said, judgmental on answers to patient information. The entire time the encounter felt rushed and hectic.

Provider was short with responses. Exam felt like I was being timed - poked and prodded with little concern or care. This was a very different experience for me with this doctor.

She came in the room huffy and irritable, I'm assuming because she was running very late. I told her my concerns of not wanting to do a certain medication and she said "why? Don't you care about the safety of your baby?" I immediately shut down as a patient and will never see her again.

So, I honestly felt pressured to get certain vaccinations by the doctor. My husband and I both walked out of there very upset with how she was pushing the vaccines on me and saying I had limited time to think on them. Also, when my husband tried asking questions she didn't ignore him but she put him off. I have had "issues" with this doctor before and brushed them off until now, because it's not just my health at risk it's my unborn daughters. She didn't take anytime to explain what the vaccines would do or how they worked.

I felt that the concern showed by the provider was very poor. When questions were asked, the provider was very short in her explanations, leaving me feel like she did not care or have the time. I was extremely disappointed by the providers overall demeanor and lack of care shown during the appointment. I would not feel comfortable seeing this provider again.
