Dr. Hardyk, as always, explained everything carefully, patiently and clearly to me, outlining my options for care and then being sure I was aware of the circumstances under which my options would become more limited. She answered extra questions I had and even asked me if I had ever had a particular testscreening after I told her about an injury I sustained in February. She is always efficient, but never seems rushed or makes me feel like I'm out of time.

The ultrasound tech did not have the proper equipment set out for the doctor. The doctor was confusing delivering me my options. The confusion and lack of preparation for something like this was very off putting and does not make me feel confident about my care moving forward.
