Dr. Brittany was superb! She was caring, kind, informative, patient, knowledgeable, and professional.

The physician was one of the best I have had in years. She was very caring and did all she could to get my test results and interpretation on the same day. She even called me back to explain my health situation and the needed follow up.

I'm appreciative that I could get an appointment with Smith so soon. She was very nice but seemed to have only a general medical knowledge and really couldn't help me with my issue.

Brittany is very kind and listens to your issues, but she rarely asks questions about your condition or how you are feeling. She didn't ask me any questions about the pain I was experiencing. She just read my CT scan report and gave me a referral, but I would have appreciated a conversation or for her to help diagnose the issue, as I brought up several concerns. She will nod and agree, but rarely has any input. I've seen her for several issues and always leave feeling like the trip was pointless. Again, she has very nice bedside manner and is a nice person. I feel comfortable talking to her, but do not feel like she is helpful.
