Dr. Roy took an extraordinary amount of time to listen to my concerns , explain in very clear language ( which set my mind at ease) what his thoughts were , possible solutions , he explored several options of possible causes and then laid out a clear plan of action to help find possible explanations for my symptoms and or causes as well as possible solutions .
