About Me
Gregory J. Wilson, DO, joined Mount Nittany Health System in 2022 after working as a rheumatologist and system medical director at St. Luke’s Health System in Idaho. Dr. Wilson is developing the rheumatology service line at Mount Nittany Health and is the system medical director for medical services.
Dr. Wilson obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Notre Dame and medical degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine. Initially, he worked as an internist in DuBois, Pa. prior to pursuing rheumatology fellowship training at the University of Missouri.
Rheumatologists treat a wide variety of inflammatory and autoimmune conditions including rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus, psoriatic arthritis and gout. A healthcare provider can evaluate your healthcare needs and determine if a referral to Dr. Wilson is necessary.
Dr. Wilson is married with two children and in his free time, he enjoys gardening, spending time outdoors and college football.
