Dr. Kraft was professional and explained the steps of the procedure. One area that was not captured was the room that I was placed in for the procedure. The set up the room made Dr. Kraft work in an uncomfortable position where he had to bend down and work in a tight space. For other procedures like this (and I've had this done 4x), they put in me in a room where the physician could raise the bed and sit to do the procedure.
