This was the second time I saw Joy, and I was very happy to learn that my appointment would be with her. She is very kind, respectful, and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions, and gave me excellent advice.

Joy carefully reviewed my chart and made good, practical suggestions as to when to get vaccines and make various appointments. She listened well to any concerns.
