About Me
Kaliah was drawn to Mount Nittany Health's mission of, “Healthier people, stronger community.” According to Kaliah, “It resonates with me. I come from a larger health system where I felt like I was just a number. Here, I will be a part of the community.”
That very commitment is echoed in her philosophy of care. “My goal is to treat every patient as an individual,” Kaliah said, “and work as a team to find sustainable solutions for each patient.”
Kaliah holds a Bachelor of Science in Biobehavioral Health and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Penn State. She continued her education at The Catholic University of America, where she completed her Master of Science in Nursing- Family Nurse Practitioner.
She practiced as an RN for many years, gaining valuable experience in trauma, emergency medicine, and cardiology. Her work as an RN, combined with her work as a CRNP in urgent care settings, brings value to our team.
“I am a helper by nature,” Kaliah shared. “Every day is a challenge in medicine, and there is a lot to learn, but I get to be there for my patients when they need me most, which motivates me as a provider.”
Kaliah joins us with diverse experience in caring for patients, making that her number one priority. She is committed to providing individualized, personal care for each patient.

I was VERY impressed with Ms Reeves! If she were accepting patients at a MNPG practice, I would love to have her as a primary care provider. The thing that impressed me the most was that she took proactive steps to check my.med list with the drugs she was prescribing. It sounds basic, but it is not something many providers do regularly. KEEP On STAFF!!!
