Prachi Singh, DO

Prachi Singh, DO, is a compassionate and dedicated family medicine physician with a special interest in women’s health, LGBTQ+ care, procedures, and Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment (OMT). She completed her medical degree at Nova Southeastern University’s Dr. Kiran C. Patel College of Osteopathic Medicine and pursued residency training at UPMC Altoona Family Physicians, where she concentrated on women’s reproductive health and gynecological care.

Her journey into medicine was driven by a desire to make a direct, positive impact in people’s lives — building long-lasting relationships rooted in compassion and respect. Dr. Singh believes in treating the whole person, not just the disease, and empowers her patients through education and open communication so they can confidently advocate for their own health.

Dr. Singh has a strong commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion, having served as a DEI Champion at UPMC, where she organized community events and led educational presentations on culturally competent care.

In her free time, Dr. Singh enjoys hiking, traveling, exploring new cuisines, cooking, and spending time with friends and family.
