About Me

Dr. Nguyen earned her Bachelor of Science degree in human physiology, with a minor in public health, from Boston University, where she graduated cum laude. She earned her medical degree from Southern Illinois University School of Medicine in Springfield, Illinois, and completed her obstetrics and gynecology residency at Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center, Hershey, Pennsylvania. Dr. Nguyen is a member of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.

Outside of the office, Dr. Nguyen enjoys spending time with her fiancé, playing and watching basketball – especially March Madness, discovering and creating new recipes, and trying any and all ‘foodie’ opportunities in the area.

Best OBGYN I've had in State College. She listened to my concerns, and she helped me navigate how to communicate my issues to another specialty outside this health system

I would recommend this dr to anyone. Her ability to listen to my concerns and provide solutions is great. She doesn't make my problems seem insignificant and that played a large role in taking my health more seriously.

Dr. Nguyen was great! I have extrene anxiety and medical pbobia. She handled it so well. Thorough, made sure I knew I was in control of what was happening during the whole exam. She was thorough, gentle, answered my million questions, offered options so I didn't feel forced I to anything. She was honest. After some very bad experiences else where, I have found my Doctor!
