Dr. Zuniga has always demonstrated a great deal of concern and compassion. She listens to my concerns and has made great decisions and recommendations for some unusual health problems, and I trust her completely. Plus, she is always pleasant -- a real treasure for Mt. Nittany Physician Group!

This was my 3rd visit about an infection about my feet, and about pain in my left hip. Dr. Zuniga listened to me, what was done in the past, and looked at my feet, between my toes, etc., in detail, and suggested a course of treatment. She also discussed the hip issue, the past PT, and suggested another course of action. The feet are SO much better in only a few days, and the hip is progressing. I so appreciate her attention to detail and listing to and discussing everything with me.

For the criteria above, I would rate Dr. Zuniga a 10 out of 5. She is deeply knowledgeable, she is an extraordinary listener, she created a communication-based patient care structure on our Initial visit that I previously only found in my very best doctors in the D.C. Region. She has exceptional expertise, doctor-patient interaction, and thoroughness of information gathering. Dr. Zuniga exemplifies the very best in medical care best practices', in what can be too often a lackluster medical healthcare industry. She obviously loves her profession. MNH is lucky to have her as a practitioner, and I am exceptionally fortunate to have found her as my new long term PCP.
