I was treated very respectfully and was provided Information regarding my condition and recent testing. My provider was very helpful and very detailed re my condition. She certainly is a keeper.

For my first urology appointment I could not have asked for a better care provider. Explained everything including the sequence of upcoming events really well. Fostered a safe space to ask any questions on my mind (emphasized questions did not need to relate to urology). Assured me I was taking the right steps going through testing and emphasized she was going to do her due diligence to make sure any potential future red flags would be caught and Immediately addressed. Overall a wonderful experience and I will highly recommend her In case anyone I know needs to see a urologist.

Troyanna was very thorough in seeking to understand issues and in providing explanations. She demonstrated a great deal of sensitivity, was a careful listener, made sure that I understood and agreed with her recommended treatment plan.

Troyanna, the PA, explained my condition very well. She even used a chart to help me understand her explanation. She answered all of my questions and had a very organized plan for my recovery.
