CEMA: Our Emergency Medicine Partners
Since 1986, the Mount Nittany Health Emergency Department has been staffed by Centre Emergency Medical Associates (CEMA). CEMA is the largest and most tenured contracted group at the hospital. Their staff includes 17 board certified emergency physicians and 11 Advanced Practice Providers.
CEMA providers are an integral part of Mount Nittany Health and play an active and vital role in our community. They serve on Mount Nittany Health executive boards and medical executive committees. Over the years they have volunteered countless hours helping Mount Nittany Health with fundraising, events and more. They are our neighbors and friends.
“CEMA has been caring for patients in our region for over 35 years and will continue to show unwavering commitment to the health and well-being of this community,” said Dr. Kasandra Botti, CEMA President.
