Your First Visit

We understand you may have questions about your first visit. Rest assured; we’re thrilled to have you as a patient. Our team is here to support you from start to finish. When you arrive at our facility, you will be greeted with a smile and welcomed into our warm, friendly atmosphere. We love helping others and have fun doing it. Get ready to learn, make new friends, and achieve your goals.

Check in/Registration

Please arrive 15-20 minutes before your scheduled time to complete the registration process. Please bring:

  • Insurance card(s)
  • Photo ID
  • Patient registration forms

Initial Physical Therapy Evaluation

You will experience a personalized, in-depth evaluation with a licensed physical therapist. The therapist will spend 40 minutes carefully assessing your current condition.

Your therapist will:

  • Gather relevant information
  • Conduct a thorough physical assessment
  • Devise a detailed plan tailored to your specific needs
  • Administer any applicable treatment

At the end of your assessment, your physical therapist will explain your treatment plan in easy-to-understand terms. They will outline the expectations for recovery, share our team approach, and offer recommendations on treatment frequency and duration. They will gladly address any questions you may have.

Scheduling

  • You will be scheduled with our licensed medical providers according to your PT’s recommendation
  • Each session will last 40-60 minutes, ensuring thorough and personalized care
  • Most patients typically have two sessions per week, providing consistent support
  • Phone call and text message reminders are available
  • We require 24 hours of notice for cancellations

Making Payment:

  • Our team will explain your insurance benefits and financial responsibilities in detail if it hasn’t been done already
  • We accept various payment methods, including cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express
  • Payment is due at the time of service
