  1. Switch up the milk. Choose skim milk or a plant-based milk to help reduce the extra calories.
  2. Stick with smaller sizes. If your heart is set on a true pumpkin spice latte, stick to a small size so you have fewer calories, less fat and less sugar.
  3. Pump it down. Ask for fewer pumps of sweeteners and syrups to reduce the number of calories and sugars.
  4. Skip the latte. Try a Pumpkin Spice Coffee instead of a latte.
  5. Skip the whip. Don’t add whipped cream to your latte.
