Samantha Rosefsky, Patient Representative, Quality and Patient Safety, is a wonderful example of a team member who exemplifies excellence in everything she does, including her work at Mount Nittany Health. She consistently goes above and beyond to provide extraordinary services to Mount Nittany Medical Center patients and guests. Recently, she was the recipient of the Administrative Patient CARE Award which honors staff members for their outstanding performance and providing exceptional patient care.
As a Patient Representative, Samantha works tirelessly to ensure that our patients have a positive experience during their stay at Mount Nittany Medical Center. She is often one of the first points of contact for patients and their families who are dealing with challenging situations, and she takes this responsibility very seriously. Samantha is known for her friendly and compassionate demeanor, and she always goes above and beyond to make sure that our patients feel heard and are well cared for.
