Hypertension Clinic
Mount Nittany Health welcomes patients dealing with hypertension (high blood pressure) to participate in our Hypertension Clinic. The clinic offers education and support to help you manage your hypertension and make changes to keep it in a healthy range.
The Hypertension Clinic is open to all patients. Patients come to the program either by referral or by request. When a patient enrolls, they meet with a CRNP for an initial appointment. Patients will then be sent a blood pressure cuff and enrolled with an online platform to monitor their blood pressure throughout the month.
Patients are welcome to take part in the program for as long as they need. For more information, call 844.278.4600.
Kidney Replacement Therapy
Our providers will assist with establishing in center dialysis, home dialysis or transplantation when needed.
