- In Meditech, select Referrals to Specialty, then Referrals to Surgical Associates
- Change Need by Date Auth Status to Scheduling in Progress
- The surgery team will contact the patient directly to schedule

Meet Dr. David Han
Dr. Han is a board‑certified vascular surgeon specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of arterial and venous disease. He provides advanced endovascular and surgical care for conditions such as peripheral arterial disease, carotid artery disease, aortic aneurysms, and venous disorders.
