Mount Nittany Health received a generous donation of warm blankets, messages of hope and craft kits from Stocker Subaru for patients undergoing cancer treatments. The donation is part of the Subaru Loves to Care initiative in collaboration with the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society with the shared goal of providing warmth, love, and relief during challenging times.
Cancer patients can have a hard time regulating their temperature, and blankets are a great way to help them stay warm and comfortable during treatment. Mount Nittany Health is pleased to have support from the local business community, and we thank Stocker Subaru for their donation.
In addition to the donation, the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society included information and resources for healthcare professionals related to blood cancers.
